Pursuing Excellence
Step 1
Finalize questionnaires and establish a roll-out date, allowing for at least two weeks of preparation before the commencement.
Step 2
Hold a comprehensive briefing for all staff members, addressing the questionnaire content and explaining the point allocation system for each question.
Step 3
Throughout the month, mystery shoppers will conduct one unannounced visit to each outlet.
Step 4
During each visit, mystery shoppers will spend 45 minutes evaluating the outlet based on the established questionnaires.
Step 5
By the 2nd of each month, six detailed reports will be generated and emailed to the head office, accompanied by BERITA, which offers additional commentary on shop floor observations.
Step 6
The head office will announce the results and rankings for all participating outlets in the Eagle Eye program.
